
12 ounces fresh green beans
1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 15-ounce can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon sugar
In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for 1 minute. Drain; run cold water over the beans until cool. In a large bowl, combine green beans with the remaining ingredients; toss to combine.
