This salad gets better as it sits. Make it early in the morning for an afternoon barbecue.
4 cups (8 ounces) shredded cabbage or prepared coleslaw mix
4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
1⁄2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1⁄4 cup prepared coleslaw dressing
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat.
