You probably have your own favorite ways of enjoying a bowl of ice cream. But once you try ours, which is based on a Chicago specialty, you just might have a new one.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 1.4-ounce chocolate-covered English toffee bar, crushed
1⁄3 cup chopped pecans
1 pint (2 cups) vanilla ice cream
Instructions:
In a double boiler or a microwave set on low power, melt the chocolate, stirring frequently. Fold in toffee bar and pecans. Serve sauce over ice cream.
