Ingredients:
2 cups light vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
Combine the ice cream, milk, half-and-half, syrup, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Test Kitchen Tip: Nutmeg adds a unique, almost eggnog flavor to this milkshake. For a fresher taste, use whole nutmeg and grate it with a zester. If you prefer to use chocolate instead of vanilla ice cream, omit the nutmeg and add a pinch of ground cinnamon instead.
