Hi Guys,

The new site looks great! Looked around, saw the recipes, saw the tour schedule, bummed that AZ isn’t on there. But I understand there isn’t enough time to get everywhere and it looks like it’s a busy schedule already. Good luck with the book sales, if QVC is any indication, you will have a top seller! Glad I was able to get one before it sold out there.

As always, I’m so glad to see things that y’all are doing!  I panicked a little when I saw that your book tour begins next month, because that’s when our Savannah trip is planned.  Thankfully, y’all will actually be in Savannah when we are (Sept. 19th)!  I am thrilled!!!  I didn’t think I could get any more excited about our trip, but I just did!!!

The new site is great! I would like to see Ohio on the dates next time though. I live near Toledo, Ohio and I am sure there are places here to visit:) But if you cannot, it is okay too… and would love to see you 2 on Mom’s shows more… it is so sweet seeing you 2 cook with her…and maybe Jack when he is older;) Take care:)

Great site, I have a question, will you be updating your where-abouts throughout the year, or is this just for the book tour?  I am heading back to Savannah for the third time this coming Memorial week 2010, and the other 2 times we have came, you weren’t in Savannah…go figure, missing my chances of meeting Bobby again…I met you guys in 2996 in Phila…Please let me know…thanks so much…;)

Hi Sherri. The schedule page gets updated as we get the info as well. I have heard that, in the past, stores like Sam’s only allow members in, so it may be info that is only available to members in the store. I promise as soon as I hear more, it will be posted!

Mother! If she tells you boys to wash her feet in
butter, do it & just smile!
Websites take time to refine, like recipes! All
of my life I helped my Mom in the kitchen. Thank
goodness for your Momma. If it wasn’t for her
recipe for Southern Cornbread Dressing, I’d be
making mine in a washtub to feed Cox’s Army for
the rest of my life! It’s very close to the one
I made with my Momma.
I checked out the tour dates. Not disappointed
one bit & understand the reasoning. Saturday,s
in the South are for Football & Food. Monday,s
are for the NFL. Places in between are for
baseball, and family time in the kitchen. One
last suggestion, photos for the website from the
tour would be Awesome! I can check my calendar,
I’m usually shooting baseball games & golf tournaments. Book signings aren’t as exciting as
sports. I’m sure I could keep y’all in stitches
like your Momma, & take the best photos y’all
have ever seen!

one today. When I found it yesterday, it was
like Christmas in August! The website of course!
Y’all know us January girls love Christmas! So,
this is like the present that gets better every
day! One quick question, How come the recipe isn’t
on here for the hockey pucks on the home page? I
mean if they were orange, you might call them
sweet potatoes? But y’all know sweet potatoes are
supposed to come out of the oven Thanksgiving
morning with nuts all in em & juice all through

Great new site. I can’t wait for more info and stories. My daughters and I made it to The Lady and Sons recently and were very pleased with the food. The only disappointing part is that you all were going to be there 3 days after we were there. Going to be back by on our way home to SW Florida.

Hey y’all. Happy Monday to ya! Hope things for the tour are going well. Just wanted to clarify a couple of my comments last week. By no means what so ever would meeting you guys on tour be boring. I am just used to shooting photos of balls flying in the air. But being a photographer, a Deen brothers enthusiast, & a sweet southern gal, I’d gladly take
photos of ya. Ive been thinking of some ideas for the site. I’m sure y’all can tweak this one. But what about a Southern cook in training contest? Since you, Jamie, have such a handsome little fellow. It could be small with just photos submitted. Can’t wait to see all the new & exciting things to come! Y’all take care.

I have a question.  It seems that your Mom is appearing less and less on the Food Network.  As a fan, I’m dismayed that they continue to show reruns and have only one show with her on it.  I miss seeing y’all on the weekends. Can you shed some light as to why this is occurring?
