Oh my gosh, that is awesome, Champ Deen on the cover of Doggie Aficionado! Now I’ve been told I’m a bit of a “Deen freak” by my family, I like to say I’m the “ultimate Deen fan” - I’m inclined to get a copy of the magazine and get Champ’s autograph, I have my other books autographed  

Love your magazine by the way, last night I made the broccoli slaw with dinner, it was a HUGE hit!!!

I’m surprised I can speak after hollering at the TV all of Saturday afternoon.  I thought the dawgs were going to pull it off.  Maybe next week.

I kept getting calls from my twin brother who currently resides in Decatur, Al.  I think he forgot where he came from.

I’ve met your family several times at the Atlanta Metropolitian Cooking Show and I have to say you guys are so nice.  I just tell everyone how friendly you are.

I finally got to Savannah last summer via Tybee Island but was not able to make it to The Lady and Sons or Uncle Bubba’s.  However, I do use all your mom’s stuffin my kitchen and subscribe to all the magazines.

I love reading all the great recipes and ideas y’all always over. I am a single mom of three…work full time, manage my home, volunteer at kids PTO, am room mom to classes, and recently became coordinator of my neighborhood watch group for my street. The kids and I are doing sandwich night tonight, YIPEE!!!  Nick, my youngest, is a freshman in high school and has decided he wants to be a chef - WOOHOO - this makes me very proud!  So far, my oldest who just began his first year of college is undecided, Samantha, my ony daughter, wants to get into law enforcement, and Nick will be a Chef.  I must be doing something right?!

Anyway, back to sandwiches - tonight we will have sandwich night, tomorrow we will enter the contest.  Just so you know, we are not having a formal contest, but we are extending an open invitation.  Anytime you are near Turlock CA you are welcome to our home for sandwich night
